Joining the beta
For the closed beta we are looking for hosting companies that want to try Provomatic in real operation. Please tell us briefly:
- what you offer (game servers, web hosting, servers, domains),
- which panel you use (Pelican, Pterodactyl, KeyHelp, Plesk …),
- what you bill with today (for example WHMCS, Blesta, Paymenter, by hand),
- roughly how many customers you have.
Reporting a bug
To help quickly, please send us:
- the Provomatic version (shown on the Licence page in the admin area),
- what you did, what should have happened and what happened instead,
- a screenshot and – if available – the entry from
storage/logs/laravel.log.
Never send us passwords, API keys or the content of your .env file. We will never ask for them.
Response times
We answer as quickly as we can, usually within a few working days. Support is available in German and English.
